1 Which terms apply to you
Browsing the website and using the platform are governed by different documents.
Sections 2–7 are the Use of Website Terms & Conditions. They govern your use of miltpro.com and related marketing and support pages (the "Website"). By browsing the Website, you agree to them.
Sections 8–15 are the User Terms of Service ("Terms"). They govern your individual use of the MiLT software and app (the "Service"), alongside the User Agreement, which covers your consent to tracking and your relationship to your employer. These Terms focus on the conduct, intellectual property, and liability terms that apply to you personally when you use the Service.

8 License to use the Service
User Terms of Service — the scope of your individual license.
MiLT grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service through the account your Customer has provisioned, solely to perform your role for that Customer. This license ends when your account is deactivated, whether by your Customer or by MiLT.

User Terms of Service.

Incident reports, patrol data, and other content you submit belong to your Customer as Customer Data, as described in the Subscription Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
11 Use of the MiLT Intelligence Agent
User Terms of Service — a productivity tool, not a decision-maker.
The MiLT Intelligence Agent is a generative AI feature that can summarize incidents, answer questions about patrol/dispatch data, and draft report language for your review. It is a productivity tool, not a decision-maker: it does not independently dispatch personnel, resolve incidents, or determine compliance with any law.
